We provide a SaaS platform for spiritual practitioners to manage their business operations, including:

• Client management system
• Reading and report generation tools
• Digital product sales functionality
• Business analytics and insights

3. Intellectual Property Protection

Ownership: All software code, design, functionality, and features are proprietary and owned by the platform operator.

Prohibited Actions: Users may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Copy, clone, or replicate the platform's functionality
• Extract or scrape platform code or design
• Create derivative works based on the platform
• Share login credentials or access with unauthorized parties

4. User Accounts & Data

Your Data: You retain ownership of all client data, content, and information you upload to the platform.

Platform Access: Your account is personal and non-transferable. Each practitioner must maintain their own subscription.

5. Subscription & Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment must be made via approved payment methods.

Trial Period: 7-day free trial with full access. Credit card required but no charges during trial.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

6. Third-Party Services

If you connect third-party services (Stripe, PayFast, ElevenLabs, etc.) using your own API keys, you are responsible for compliance with their terms of service and any charges they impose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to clone or reverse engineer the platform
• Fail to make required payments

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Legal Enforcement

Any violation of intellectual property rights will be pursued through legal channels. Unauthorized copying or cloning may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
